Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the interview process for the Corporate Office, including interfacing with prospective candidates, the senior leadership team and key decision-makers.
- Assists with special initiatives for the Corporate HR team as required.
- Performs any other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Self-driven with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
- Ability/willingness to learn new material.
- Project coordination experience and basic accounting knowledge.
- Occasional travel to properties may be required. Benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of Human Resources experience working in a team environment at a professional organization.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge of InDesign a plus.
- Proficient in Workday or other HRIS/Applicant Tracking system.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures.
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.
